It also follows The digiDirect Group marking one year since the acquisition of online bookstore, Booktopia which subsequently fuelled a rapid business expansion with the acquisition

The 2025 Conference was the first to be held as a group operation. More than 75 staff attended across two days of keynotes, sessions and activities, uniting the team to focus on a higher-level roadmap and focus on key goals and metrics of success.

The digiDirect Group Retail & Logistics organisation has stated its ambitions looking ahead to 2028 and beyond with plans to enhance a number of key business units and solidify it as a premier destination for providing and creating a rich suite of products and experiences for customers and partners, through its network of businesses.

the future holds together. Most importantly, I’d also like to thank all of the staff who contributed in creating a successful event and with their talents, we are encouraged about bringing our strategic vision and roadmap to life.”

Sina Clayton, Director, Finance & Operations, The digiDirect Group, added: “With work on a
number of important initiatives well under way, the conference provided a great opportunity for our
staff and partners to step away from the day-to-day and set the scene for what’s to come. It’s a
really exciting time for the business and we’re thrilled by the significant potential in what we can
achieve as we look ahead.”
