Booktopia is a long-time passionate supporter of Australian literacy with a strong belief that books are accessible to everyone, no matter where they are and what their background is. The business has contributed to numerous initiatives and organisations which focus on increasing literacy rates around the country and fostering an interest in lifelong reading. This includes The Community Spirit Foundation and the Australian Literacy and Numeracy Foundation. It has also committed to supporting Australians’ health and wellbeing, including a partnership with the Black Dog Institute.

digiDirect has a long-standing relationship with Make-A-Wish Australia, supporting children and families facing critical adversity; Lifeline, providing free, 24-hour telephone crisis support service in Australia; the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation, inspiring the community to support sick kids so they can live their best lives; as well as the Cambodian Rural Students Trust, enabling youngsters from underprivileged backgrounds to access life-changing opportunities to benefit their learning and development.
